General

  • My animal is very sensitive and easily overwhelmed. Will your approach be too much for them?

Not at all. I work because animals are sensitive, not in spite of it. Every part of what I offer is designed with gentleness, choice and respect at its core. Your animal will never be pushed or forced – everything is offered in a way that allows them to engage at their own pace. Sensitive animals often respond beautifully when given the space to feel safe and heard.

  • What kinds of problems or behaviours can you help with?

I help sensitive animals who are struggling with fear, stress, anxiety, trauma, mistrust, emotional shutdown, or disconnection from their person. This might manifest as hiding, shaking, barking, growling, avoiding contact, or just seeming withdrawn or not quite themselves. If your animal is struggling emotionally, especially in a way that feels linked to fear or overwhelm, I can likely support you both.

Services

  • How do you choose which remedies or techniques to use with my animal?

Everything I offer is guided by my intuition, my connection with your sensitive animal, the information you provide me with by email and your animal’s own choices and responses if in-person with you and your animal. I may offer a selection of natural remedies such as essential oils, flower essences, or hydrosols for your animal to explore and choose from, if they wish. I also draw from a range of energy techniques and supportive guidance based on what your animal shows me in the moment. It is always a two-way conversation, with your animal leading the way.

  • What are flower and vibrational essences, and how do they work?

Flower and vibrational essences are subtle yet powerful natural supports that work on an energetic level. A flower essence captures the energy or essence of a flower in spring water – not the physical parts of the plant, just its vibrational imprint. When taken or used around the body, these essences help raise our energetic state, gently dissolving lower vibrations such as fear, impatience, or disconnection – much like the sun melts snow on a spring day.

Vibrational essences work in the same way but are made using the energy of places, crystals, or even the consciousness of animals. Each one holds a specific frequency and intention that invites healing, balance and a return to inner harmony.

  • What is a Flower Energetics healing, and what does it involve?

A Flower Energetics healing is a gentle, remote healing session where I connect, soul-to-soul, with your animal companion (or with you, if the healing is for you). I work with the loving energy of flowers, who guide the process in their own quiet way, offering exactly what is needed for balance and harmony. Sometimes the healing also draws on the energy of colours, crystals, essential oils, or essences – always intuitively, always with care.

These healings are done in my own meditative space and shared with you afterwards as a written transcript. They are soft, respectful, and deeply transformational, bringing peace, release and subtle shifts that unfold in the days that follow.

  • Do I need to believe in energy healing or natural remedies for this to work?

No, belief is not required. I welcome healthy curiosity and even gentle scepticism. What matters most is your love for your animal and your willingness to be part of the process. These methods support the animal’s own choices and natural responses and they often speak for themselves through the shifts you will see over time.

  • Is this a replacement for veterinary care or behaviour training?

No, it is a gentle complement, not a replacement. I fully support veterinary care and professional training when needed. My work focuses on the emotional and energetic layers that often underlie stress or behaviour struggles. I am always happy to work alongside your vet or trainer if you have one, as part of a holistic support team for your animal.

Sessions

  • What happens during a session? What can I expect?

Sessions are quiet, supportive spaces where we focus on your animal’s emotional wellbeing and sense of safety. I will guide you through gentle techniques, and we may offer natural remedies like essential oils, flower essences, or hydrosols – always through self-selection, meaning your animal chooses what they are drawn to. I also offer practical insights and support for you, enabling you to feel empowered in helping your companion after the consultation.

  • Will you work with both me and my animal, or just my animal?

Both of you. You are an important part of your animal’s healing journey, and your calm, loving presence makes a huge difference. I will gently guide and support you so that you feel confident in how to help your companion, both during our session if it is in-person and in everyday life. This is a partnership between you, your animal and me.

  • Can you help if I feel anxious or unsure about how to help my animal?

Yes, absolutely. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed or worried, especially if their animal is struggling. You are not alone, and there is no judgment here – just understanding and support. I will walk beside you with calm guidance so that you feel more confident and better equipped to support your beloved companion and, if needed, you can have your own flower essence blend or energy healing at no extra cost. If essential oils are used, the oils very often help you too, as does the mindful way they are offered to your animal.

  • Do you offer in-person or remote sessions—and which is better for my situation?

I offer both, depending on your location and what works best for you and your animal. Remote sessions can be just as effective as in-person ones, especially for sensitive animals who feel safest without a stranger entering their environment. I will help you to decide what is right for your situation, and if we work remotely, I will guide you gently through every stage so that you feel supported throughout.

  • How is this different from other methods I’ve already tried?

Many people have come to me after trying things that did not work, or even made things worse.

My services are deeply gentle, rooted in respect and choice, and focused on creating emotional safety vs. fixing behaviours. Rather than trying to change your animal from the outside, we work from the inside out, creating the conditions where healing can unfold naturally.

  • Which is better: in-person or remote sessions?

I offer both in-person and remote sessions, depending on your location and what works best for you and your animal.

Remote sessions can be just as effective as in-person ones, especially for sensitive animals who feel safest without a stranger entering their environment.

I will help you to decide what is right for your situation, and if we work remotely, I will guide you through every stage so you feel supported through the whole process.

  • Is it possible to work remotely if I live in a different country halfway across the globe?

Yes, I am able to make the same soul-to-soul connection whether you are one hundred or one thousand miles away. The service I offer is carried out in exactly the same sensitive, caring manner and is equally effective whether given in-person or remotely.

After Our Sessions

  • What if my animal doesn’t respond to the remedies or techniques?

Every animal is unique, and responses can vary. What matters most is creating a safe space where your animal feels free to say yes or no. Sometimes the shifts are subtle at first; at other times they are more noticeable. Healing is not always linear, but with patience, consistency and respect, animals often begin to open up in their own time.

  • How long does it usually take to see a change in my animal?

It depends on your animal’s history, personality, and how deeply their fear or stress runs. Some animals show small shifts quite quickly; others take more time to build trust and confidence. I aim to support lasting change, not quick fixes, and I will always be honest with you about what I am seeing and how things are progressing.

Types of Animals

  • How do I know if this is the right kind of support for my animal?

If your animal is anxious, fearful, or simply struggling to feel safe or connected and you are looking for something gentle, kind, and deeply respectful of who they are, this may be just what you are looking for. You do not have to have it all figured out before reaching out. I am happy to talk it through with you to see if we are a suitable match.

  • Can you work with animals who have had traumatic pasts or were rescued?

Absolutely. Many of the animals I work with come from difficult or uncertain backgrounds. Trauma can leave deep marks, but healing is possible – especially when we meet them with patience, empathy, and unconditional respect. This work honours where they have come from while gently helping them to build new trust and emotional safety.

  • Do you work with all species, or just dogs and cats?

While most of my clients are dogs and horses, I welcome all species, each with their own unique needs and ways of communicating. If you have a different kind of animal companion, feel free to get in touch and tell me a little about them. I will let you know honestly if I can help.

Logistics

  • What is the cost and what’s included in each session?

You will find clear details about pricing and what is included on my service page. Each session includes gentle support for your animal, essential oils or flower essences, guidance for you, and time to ask questions or share what you have been experiencing. I aim to offer calm, unrushed sessions so that you and your companion both feel heard as well as supported.

  • How often will we need to meet? Is this a one-time session or an ongoing process?

That depends on your animal’s needs. Some clients benefit from one or just a few sessions, while others choose to continue for longer to support deeper shifts and confidence-building. There is no pressure or commitment – you are welcome to begin with one session and decide from there. I will always be honest about what I feel would best support your animal, and I will work with whatever pace feels right for both of you.

  • Will I need to buy extra products like oils or remedies?

Diluted essential oils are included although I may recommend specific remedies if your animal responds well to them, but there is no obligation to buy anything. If I do suggest something, I will explain why and offer simple, trustworthy sources. I will also try to work with what you already have where possible. The focus is always on what is helpful and manageable for you.
